About Mid City Home Restoration

Mid City Home Restoration is a residential renovation company based in Western New York. We handle kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovation, basement finishing, and whole-home renovation projects across Erie and Niagara counties.

We built this company to handle the full scope of a home renovation project without the coordination overhead that comes from working with multiple specialty contractors. Our crew handles carpentry, tile, flooring, drywall, electrical rough-in, and plumbing rough-in in sequence — one team from demo to final walkthrough.

How We Work

Every project starts with a free in-home estimate. We walk through the scope with you, measure, and put together a written estimate with line-item pricing — materials, labor, and scope listed separately. We don’t give you a single number and tell you to trust it. You should know where your money is going before you sign anything.

We stick to the estimate unless you change the scope. If something comes up mid-project that adds cost — a surprise behind a wall, a condition that changes the plan — we stop, explain what we found, and get your approval before proceeding. No surprise invoices at the end.

Licensed and Insured in New York State

Mid City Home Restoration is licensed and insured to work in New York State. We hold general liability insurance and carry workers’ compensation coverage for all on-site workers. We pull permits on every job that requires them and coordinate with building departments in each municipality we work in.
